Overall, the trip turned out well, but the last-minute hotel changes and pickup time adjustment were stressful. tourradar did keep us updated, which I appreciated, and the tour itself still went smoothly in the end. That said, I do feel like an apology would have been fair given the inconvenience.

My snap judgment was that this would be a smooth setup, and it was. The local operator messaged us before pickup, showed up on time every day, and everything went exactly as planned. No stress at all — I’d book again.

"Canceling was smoother than I expected"
I had to cancel my trip at the last minute and thought it was going to be a headache, especially since you hear so many people complain about refunds with travel companies. TourRadar got back to me quickly and walked me through the refund steps in a way that was easy to understand. The timing wasn’t absolutely perfect, but compared to what a lot of others seem to deal with, it was handled well and got sorted in the end.

i mean, I gave it 4 stars because the trip lined up with the itinerary well. The times, hotel details, and included activities were mostly exactly as listed, which made everything easier to follow. One pickup time changed at the last minute and one museum stop felt shorter than expected, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, it was accurate enough and made the trip feel smooth.

I’m usually a bit cautious with transport because even small delays can mess up plans, but overall this was a good experience. The buses were mostly clean and arrived on time, aside from one pickup that was a little late. Nothing major, though, and I’d probably use them again.

I booked a small group tour through TourRadar because I was traveling on my own and didn’t feel like planning every single detail myself. The booking process was straightforward, and most of the trip info was easy to understand.

The only minor hiccup was that one pickup time changed at the last minute, but support got back to me quickly, so it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I felt safe, met some really nice people, and I’d definitely use them again.

"Nice small-group trip!"
I booked through tourradar and was happy with how it turned out. Our group only had 12 people, so it never felt like one of those packed bus tours... it was easy to chat with everyone and actually get to know people a bit. The guide also seemed to have more time for questions and little extras, which was great. Really good balance overall — I’d definitely book again.

"Clear updates the whole way through"
TourRadar was really easy to deal with from the start. I kept getting clear updates, so you never really feel like you’re left guessing what’s supposed to happen next.

When I had a question about the pickup time, they got back to me quickly and explained it in a normal, straightforward way. You don’t have to dig through confusing links or read some long copy-and-paste reply.
I also liked that all the booking details were kept in one place. It just made everything feel more organized, and you can relax a bit more instead of stressing about the trip.
